RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

    At Krious Crafts, we want you to love your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’re here to help.


    1. Eligibility for Returns

    You can request a return or replacement if:

    • The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    • You contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

    • The product is unused and in its original condition.

    We currently do not accept returns for size, color preference, or change of mind.


    2. Non-Returnable Items

    For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Earrings

    • Hair accessories

    • Rings, bracelets, or necklaces that show signs of use

    • Clearance or sale items


    3. Refund or Replacement

    Once we approve your request:

    • You can choose replacement (if stock is available)

    • Or refund, which will be processed to your original payment method or via wallet/transfer.

    Refund processing time: 3–7 business days.


    4. Return Process

    2. Send us a photo/video of the issue.

    3. We will verify and approve the request.

    4. You will receive return instructions.

    5. After the returned item is inspected, refund or replacement will be issued.


    5. Order Cancellation

    Orders can only be canceled before shipping.
    Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
